IJOY MAXO Zenith Mod Review

Today we will take a look at the IJOY MAXO Zenith Mod, the mod is a triple 18650, variable voltage device, no screen, got a little potentiometer that are adjust your voltage stable, but I probably wouldn’t run it at full voltage, that is not going to work out, there’s just one little LED light up top, no screen anywhere, in a potentiometer goes from 2.7 to 6.2 volts .

Here we are up close with the IJOY MAXO Zenith Mod, we can get in all these colors, infinite adjustable, you’ve got to like it’ll stop at some point, let’s see what comes inside the package, we have the black, variant here, I think it looks good, well-built little situation, fire button right on top, you got a nice spring loaded 510 right there, back you got IJOY logo, everything feels nice.

Looking at the overall design of this mod, the shape reminds of Wismec’s RX200 and RX200s. The measurement is almost the same having just a hairline difference with the Zenith being the biggest compare to the other two.

Let’s take a look at the potentiometer, that’s where you set it and you can just take it and spin it, you want lower, you want higher, you do what you want.

I like how they always add the configurations of how you set up the batteries inside, and the outside as well, that’s kind of a cool little touch that IJOY has been doing, there’s the fire button, that’s the Zenith Mod.

Other than that, there’s nothing else in the box except a manual and a warranty card.
Pros:
The simplicity yet futuristic design of the mod is really pleasing to the eyes. Although I am not a fan of LED light on the mod, this one is well designed and compliments the look of the mod.
The massive firing button is very responsive and clicky.
Hard hitting, semi mechanical box mod.
Cons:
I hate the voltage knob. It will be easier and more user friendly if the knob is in wattage.
The positioning of the firing button kind of limit the way you handle this mod. It was designed specifically to fire with your thumb, unlike the RX200 and 200s, which has the same shape but the firing button is on the front of the mod, you can fire it with your thumb or your index finger.
The mod heats up from continuous vaping at 4.5 – 6.2volts. They need to add more vents.
